A website UX (user experience) team of one with experience in the charity, not for profit and public sectors.
Meet Louise
Louise Lum has worked on public and not-for-profit sector websites in New Zealand and the United Kingdom over the past 15 years and coordinates a free website usability service for the Community Comms Collective.
She's run website UX seminars for the Community Comms Collective, presented at the TechSoup NZ 2016 conference and in 2017, was awarded a special commendation in the 'Technology Volunteer of the Year' category in the TechSoup NZ New Zealand Charities Technology Awards.
Approach
Louise can quickly define problem areas and solutions by drawing on evidence-based research of international UX experts as well as her own research in New Zealand.
She takes a user-centric and communications approach to website content focusing on key visitor tasks (what people want to do on your website) and message clarity to improve website performance.
